An investment specialist will contact you to learn about your enquiry and organise a discovery meeting.

Adviser Work

After the first meeting your specialist will begin working on your wealth accumulation strategies. He or she will discuss your budget with the mortgage specialist and run a pre-lending assessment to see how much a lender will lend to you based on your current financial situation.

Discovery Meeting

In this meeting your property strategist will uncover your goals and objectives and really understand what your values are. We want to know what is TRULY important to you, what is it that you REALLY want to achieve in your life. Once we have discovered these things we will complete a fact find to ensure we have all of your financial information obtained to ensure our plan is aligned to your current situation and of course your short and long term goals.

Strategist will study your goals

Your property strategist will study your goals and run different financial analysis to see what strategy would work best taking into account your current cash flow. With this in mind, your property strategist will then begin looking for the right property for you that suits your budget and long term goals. We will take into account rental demand, future growth opportunities for the chosen suburb, run comparisons against the current market in the suburb and negotiate land pricing to ensure you get the best available investment property deal that your money can buy. As we are offered exclusive subdivisions from time to time we are able to position you in below market value blocks of land which will give you a head start in beginning or growing your investment property portfolio.

Plan Presentation

In the event, you want to proceed we will put the property on hold and apply for a loan pre-approval.

I will present my property recommendation to you explaining why it meets your goals and also showing the financial information about how it will run.

We will explain to you what is happening in this chosen area and why it has been targeted as a high growth area.

In the event you want to proceed we will put the property on hold and I will have my mortgage specialist run an assessment for you and also apply for a pre approval.

Making a Decision

I will then recommend my financial planner to see you to assist you in protection and other services needed to build a strong foundation for this investment journey.

Once the land is titled and the house is ready to be built i will send photos of the construction stages to you via email so you can see the progress of your property. There are 5 stages.

Once completed our property manager will advertise it for rent and a tenant will be secured.

Once you are comfortable and we’re all on the same page, I will assist you in the signing of the contracts.

YOU WILL RECEIVE REGULAR COMMUNICATIONS AND ONE ANNUAL REVIEW PER YEAR. AS THIS IS A LONG TERM STRATEGY WE NEED TO ENSURE YOU STAY ON TRACK AND YOUR GOALS ARE ACHIEVED. REGULAR CHECK UPS ARE CRUCIAL.
